Improving your life, energy levels, and well-being by teaching correct nasal breathing, lip seal, tongue position, and oral phase swallowing patterns through daily exercises and awareness.

How it works

First you can schedule a quick 15 minute phone consult or a comprehensive evaluation done through telehealth.

You can expect 60-90 minutes for your comprehensive evaluation where we will discuss your medical history, early childhood, and habits- past and present. As well as what myofunctional therapy is and how it can help you.

Sessions after that will take 25-45 minutes every two weeks for 6-9 months. Sessions are done through telehealth which many find to be more convenient. You will need to do several minutes of exercises every day to get the best outcomes. Therapy does not work unless you put in the effort.

Your Personalized Path to Progress

Many parts of Myofunctional Therapy involves other health care practitioners to achieve lasting results. I will help guide you to find the right providers for your unique needs. Other providers may include dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, ENT physician, sleep specialists, physical therapist, and various bodyworkers.

What Clients are saying

Meet
Annette Dennis

I have worked in the dental field for over 10 years, with seven years dedicated to practicing as a Dental Hygienist. My passion for prevention and how much orofacial dysfunction I’ve seen has led me to pursue advanced training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. Myofunctional therapy has helped me eliminate my exercise induced asthma and need for an inhaler, which I am very thankful for. I am deeply committed to improving lives and preventing airway issues in children, and improving airway issues in adults. Looking ahead, I am eager to continue expanding my expertise and making a positive impact in this specialized area through continued education. There is so much to learn!

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through running, hiking, and playing the trumpet. I recently discovered a passion for CrossFit, which has become a rewarding part of my routine. At home, I enjoy time with my husband, our 12-year-old puppy, Lilly, and now our 12 chickens.
